Enjoy the updated Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk & Wharf area with new rides & free live entertainment on stage everyday during summer, plus 2 great free band performances on summer Fridays nights.  See our website activities link for band schedule.  Treat yourself to a unique Steam Locomotive tour with wonderful guides on the train that show you the unusual plants & trees and talk about the fun local history.  Other famous parks include the Big Basin Redwood State Park, the first State Park to protect the amazingly large trees & wonderful waterfalls available from short 1-mile hikes to full day hikes.  Good museum with helpful rangers.  The Monterey Bay Aquarium is a scenic 45 min drive down the coast & there is a local marine museum, the Seymour Discovery Museum behind Natural Bridges State Park with full whale skeletons & other unique displays.  Check the last link on our Home page directory for current activities happening each month.


Beach Area Homes
These homes are all located within a short walk from a Beach. Most are within 2 blocks, but maybe as much as a 5-min walk. See the description of the home and it will specify how close they are to the water.
Inland Homes
Inland Homes are conveniently located within walking distance to town or village amenities like a dense neighborhood of unique shops, restaurants, movie theaters etc. They are usually less expensive than homes nearer the Ocean.
Lake Tahoe
Lake Tahoe is located 4-hrs east from San Francisco or 1-hr south from Reno, NV, this sparkling gem of a lake has been a favorite destination for vacations since before the 1920's. 7-large ski areas and many small ones give lots of choices for winter fun. Sleigh rides, World class Live entertainment at the Casinos, Music festivals, Paddleboat rides across the lake to Emerald Bay, Boat rentals, Golf Courses & Minature Golf, Sandy beaches, beautiful round the lake's senic highway and much more.
Ocean Front Homes
Ocean Front Homes are either On the Ocean or have a large Ocean View. They are usually within 1/2 block of the Ocean. They are usually that close to a Beach also. They are usually our most expensive homes.
Redwood Mountain Area
Enjoy the refreshing redwood forests near Santa Cruz and the fun villages of Felton, Boulder Creek, and others. Properties here are usually on larger acreage not city lots.
