Downstairs has 1-Queen bedroom, and the 2nd Bedroom has 2 Twin Bunk beds (with a Twin slide out under one of the bottom bunks) to sleep 5 in this bedroom. 2nd Bathroom also has a tub/shower. The home also has a Comcast Wireless Internet connection and a Flat screen Cable TV. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the garage.
Its an Easy short walk to Pleasure Point beaches to watch surfers on one of the best point breaks in the area. or for you to take lessons where they guarantee to have you up and riding a wave the first day!! Also it is a fun walk to over 15 restaurants within 10-blocks. There is a wonderful dog park (called the Dirt Farm) near the corner of East Cliff and 38th Ave, and the dogs are allowed to go off leash in these small neighborhood beaches.
