You will have your own private cottage at the edge of a sparkling cascading creek with small waterfalls that flows into a beautiful pond. The pond has a paddle boat that you can take to the middle where a small dock helps you embarked on a private small island. The pond is stocked with trout for a bit of fishing fun and dinner! There is a professional quality golf chipping green to flagged golf holes across the pond.

This 2-bedroom cottage sleeps up to 4 and has a small Great Room with a gas fireplace, a comfortable loveseat that looks out onto this peaceful bit of paradise, a dining alcove with seating for up to 4 and a well-equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and fun dishware. The 1st bedroom has 1-Queen and the same lovely view as the Great Room. The 2nd Bedrooms has 2-twin adult-sized bunk beds. The full bath has a shower/tub. There is access to a full laundry with washer & dryer in the main home, a few steps away down a hall. Wireless DSL. Across the street from the Quail Hollow Park with it's many hiking trails and fun craft programs. Conviently located 6-min from Hwy 17, 12-mins to the Ocean and 2-miles to Roaring Camp Steam Railroad, the town of Felton with many restaurants & world class entertainment. There are also 4-golf courses nearby, Pasatiempo, DeLaVega, Boulder Creek and Valley Gardens.

This setting is perfect for weddings, anniversaries or that quiet retreat that you have always wanted. On-site parking. ALL WEDDING GUESTS MUST HAVE OVER $3000 FOR THE EVENT TO BE THERE. Because there is no fence around the pond, this cottage would not be appropriate for children under the age of 10. The owners have a house on the same property and are a nice older couple who enjoy having guests who appreciate this wonderful environment. There is a small fee for fishing. Sorry, no pets can stay. There are two resident cats that stay outside and are never allowed in the cottage.
