Just two homes away from the large Fredericks Park with its many swings & slides, picnic tables and view of the Santa Cruz harbor. This is a Pet Friendly home.
The brown shingled cottage is on a short and quiet street with large shade trees. This cottage has been lovingly decorated by the former and current owner with fun needlepoints and other unique cat motif decorations.
The Kitchen table with its view of the pool and backyard will quickly become your favorite place to relax.
The first bedroom has a Queen and the second has two Twins. There is also a new comfortable Queen Sofa sleeper in the Living Room.
The backyard has a nice picnic area next to the pool and a small grassy kid’s playground area next to that.
The Seabright area has been written up in Sunset magazine as one of the best areas in Santa Cruz with great restaurants like Linda's Seabreeze Cafe, a local 5-star rated best for breakfast and atmosphere eatery, Betty's Burgers - who make one of best sets of burgers including the Gobbler - our favorite turkey burger and the Seabright Brewery, a local family-friendly brewpub with live music and outside dining near the waterfall. This location is an easy walk to the Boardwalk by using the local’s path across the river instead of driving and having to pay for parking.
