These family-loved vacation rental homes are located in an coastal area at the Northwest end of Monterey Bay in California.  The towns included (from North to South) are Davenport, Santa Cruz, Capitola, Soquel and Aptos.  There are over 26-miles of sandy beaches in this area which is 90-miles South of San Francisco and 40 miles North of Monterey/Carmel.

This area has several attractions including: The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk & Wharf, Big Basin Redwood State Park, several public golf courses including some with Frisbee courses. The Roaring Camp Steam Locomotive Railroad that goes from the Boardwalk to the Redwoods.  There are also several harbors with both private slips and fishing boats for charter.  Enjoy watching or participating in several world-famous surfing areas such as Steamers Lane and Pleasure Point.  There are also Kayaking tours of well-known bird sanctuaries as well as Bicycles tours and paths along scenic ocean and lake front trails. This area is becoming well know for our wineries with over 60 tasting rooms in the nearby hills or in the Village of Capitola or on the Santa Cruz Wharf.  The University of California at Santa Cruz presents a unique Arboretum and many events that feature musicians and artists from all over the world.  The Santa Cruz Symphony and Shakespeare Festival are another set of reasons that this area is the most popular destination from both the San Francisco Bay area and the Sacramento Valley.  As the Santa Cruz County Visitors Center is fond of saying: "Our beaches are just the beginning!"

	Ocean Front Homes Ocean Front Homes are either On the Ocean or have a large Ocean View. They are usually within 1/2 block of the Ocean. They are usually that close to a Beach also. They are usually our most expensive homes.
